In our hast to point at racism as a reason for the lack of support for Obma let's not forget that it was the whiteman's vote that elected him to the whitehouse. I am amased that the people who elected him are now racist because they do not agree on policy. His support in the very groups that elected him are the ones that have turned on him as it relates to policy. Perhaps the libs should accept that the majority simply do not want to change America and stop the name calling.
Hi Mary
I agree with you,I do think there is a lot of people out there, who don't like
a black president,if we are going to make it,we all need to support the president.
I agree Mary,
It is unfortunate that the losing party has not found their own agenda and end up praying on the fears (racial) of the few to get their voice represented. The prime example was that the President of the United States would try to "brain wash" the children during his telecast to the schools. I guess its ok if we brain wash from the conservative side when President Bush Sr. held a similar presentation but we can't allow it to come from a moderate President.President Carter has taken a stance the many would not for fear of repercussions. I see his comments as a representation of that others may be feeling and want to be raised to the awareness of the nation that likes to think that this type of behavior is behind us.
